The world’s largest aerospace, and technology festival, TEKNOFEST, is preparing to welcome technology enthusiasts to Istanbul for the 13th time! Visitor registration is now open for TEKNOFEST İstanbul, which will take place on September 17–21. Bringing together young people who are guided by science and technology and who design the future, TEKNOFEST continues to inspire the world in 2025. The festival’s first stop was in the brother nation of TRNC, followed by TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland, where it welcomed hundreds of thousands while blending Türkiye’s deep-rooted maritime heritage with national technologies. The grand finale of this journey will be TEKNOFEST Istanbul, taking place on September 17–21 at Atatürk Airport. From boundary-pushing technology competitions and breathtaking air shows to innovative projects and inspiring encounters, TEKNOFEST Istanbul will host new records and unforgettable moments.
The Hub of Technology and Excitement: TEKNOFEST Istanbul!
Standing out every year with its renewed competition categories, TEKNOFEST İstanbul will host competitions in 58 main and 137 subcategories. Teams that pass the preliminary stage will receive financial support exceeding 85 million TL, while those who rank at the top will be awarded prizes worth more than 65 million TL in total.
From September 17–21, TEKNOFEST Istanbul will take place at Atatürk Airport, offering visitors not only technology competitions but also a wide array of impressive events. The festival will feature breathtaking air shows, concerts, various exhibitions and workshops, immersive simulation areas, a planetarium, trade fair activities, and special flight events for students—bringing together countless experiences filled with technology and excitement.

Participation in TEKNOFEST Istanbul is completely free of charge; however, visitors must complete online registration to enter the event area. A separate ticket must be generated for each participant, while children under the age of 7 are not required to register. Visitor entry and exit to the event area will be possible between 09:00 and 18:00.
