Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova sent her condolences to Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkiye Mustafa Şentop on 15 October.
In her letter to Mr Şentop, the speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament expresses her sorrow at the heavy death toll and numerous people wounded in an explosion in a coal mine in the Amasra area of Turkiye’s Bartın Vilayet. Mrs Gafarova expresses the condolences on behalf of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the families and friends of those killed in the tragedy and wishes those who were wounded speedy recovery.
