A delegation from Samarkand State Architecture and Construction University paid an official visit to Baku State University.
The meeting was attended by BSU Vice-Rectors Huseyn Mamedov and Shahin Panakhov, Vice-Rector of the Samarkand State Architecture and Construction University Juramirza Kayumov, and Associate Professor of the Department of Economics Ilkhom Sobirov.
Huseyn Mamedov provided the guests with a detailed overview of the university’s history, structure, educational process, and research activities.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of science, education, and research, emphasizing the importance of experience exchange between the two universities. The participants also exchanged views on expanding academic integration, developing faculty and student exchange programs, implementing dual degree programs, and strengthening cooperation in the field of economics.
