On 3 June 2026, within the framework of Baku Energy Week, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf met with Munehiro Hosono, Executive Director and Senior Vice President for Europe and Middle East Projects at INPEX Corporation.
During the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with INPEX’s active participation in projects implemented at Azerbaijan’s initiative, as well as with the successful cooperation between INPEX and SOCAR. The parties reviewed opportunities for expanding cooperation and implementing joint projects.
The discussions also covered experience-sharing opportunities and other issues of mutual interest.
