On July 1, 2026, the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) decided to grant "Admission to Trade" for the bonds of "Kapital Bank" OJSC.
Subscription of the mentioned bonds started on 03.07.2026 and ended on 01.08.2026.
The placement of the bonds of "Kapital Bank" OJSC by subscription took place on 05.08.2026.
Since the trading results of the mentioned securities meet the requirements of paragraph 4.6 of the "Rules for Admission to Trading, Listing, Maintenance in Listing and Delisting of Securities on the Baku Stock Exchange", the mentioned bonds are included in the Standart Market Listing segment.
