The Delegation of the European Union to Azerbaijan is pleased to announce that the fourth “Study in Europe” Education Fair will take place on 10 and 11 October at the Hilton Hotel Baku. The Fair will feature almost 60 universities and national education centres from 16 European countries. The EU Ambassador, along with the Ambassadors of the EU Member States will attend the opening ceremony at 11:00 on Saturday 10 October.
“Study in Europe” aims to inform young people about higher education programmes and scholarship opportunities in Europe. In addition to exploring educational opportunities, young people attending the fair will be able to obtain useful information about student life in European countries.
“Studying in Europe is an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and skills, discover new cultures, learn languages, build international connections, and gain unforgettable experience,” said H.E. Marijana Kujundzic, Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Azerbaijan. “We hope that our event will motivate young Azerbaijani people to study in the EU and discover a world of creativity, innovation, inspiration, and opportunity.”
The “Study in Europe” Education Fair is a part of a larger, wide-reaching EU-Azerbaijan partnership of 30 years, which started with the signature of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement 1996. Since then, the EU has been supporting Azerbaijan’s education sector with 29 projects.
