On March 27, the next concert program within the framework of the project ‘Music in the Museum’, jointly organised by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan National Museum of Art, took place.
Within the project ‘Support to the Youth’ the concert of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after M. Magomayev was performed by the choir of the F. Amirov Azerbaijan State Song and Dance Ensemble conducted by the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan Naala Baratelia. Laureates of republican and international competitions - soloists Talib Iskenderli (baritone), Jalil Bashirli (tar), Lala Ahmadova (piano), Sura Rufat (violin), Mehin Zaliyeva (piano), Orkhan Alizadeh (tenor), Orkhan Movlan (tenor), Jalala Ismayilzade (cello), Abid Chalabiyev (kamancha) and Ali Valiyev (piano). They performed famous musical compositions by Azerbaijani and other composers from around the world. Afterwards, the programme was followed by the F. Amirov Azerbaijan State Song and Dance Ensemble performance.
As part of the concert program, which was received with great interest, the guests were also introduced to the exhibition ‘Hello Novruz!’.
