As it is known, on 12 August 2025, President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on amending Order No. 2407 dated 4 January 2021 titled “On approval of the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund”.
In response to numerous inquiries received from media outlets regarding the said document, the Fund’s Press Service reported that no changes have occurred in the list of members of the Supervisory Board.
“Let us recall that, by Presidential orders dated 5 February 2025, Mukhtar Babayev was relieved of the position of Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and appointed the Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on climate issues. Also, the Public Association ‘Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh’, headed by Tural Ganjaliyev, suspended its activities in April 2021. In the latest Order of the President, taking into account precisely these changes, corresponding adjustments were made to the job titles of the members of the Board. Both Mukhtar Babayev and Tural Ganjaliyev continue their activities as members of the Supervisory Board as before,” the information emphasized.
