A ceremony took place at SOCAR under the “World Quality Week 2025” initiative.

Observed in nearly 100 countries, this global platform promotes the development of quality culture, spreads innovative management practices, and strengthens excellence-focused thinking within organizations.

This year’s event, held under the slogan “Think Differently”, aimed to encourage modern approaches at SOCAR, improve sustainable quality management systems, and strengthen cooperation among employees.

SOCAR Vice President Fuad Musayev delivered the opening speech, followed by presentations and a panel discussion on the topic.

Speakers shared information on SOCAR’s recent achievements in quality, the projects implemented, and the goals set for the coming years. They presented work carried out in digital transformation, process standardization, and the strengthening of risk-based approaches across the company to a broad audience.

During the panel sessions titled “Building a Sustainable Quality Culture Through Thinking Differently”, representatives of SOCAR Headquarters, SOCAR Türkiye, the Azerbaijan Institute of Metrology and the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization delivered speeches. They emphasized the strategic significance of the quality function within the company and highlighted the importance of adapting to evolving operational conditions and applying proactive management.

In the second part of the event, SOCAR specialists competed in a contest titled “Our Energy History”.

The event helped strengthen the culture of quality among employees, encouraged idea exchange focused on excellence, and supported practices in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
