A training on ensuring accountability and transparency, as well as on the ethical conduct of civil servants, was organized for a group of employees of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (MDDT). The training was conducted by Bakhtiyar Mammadov, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ministry.
During the training, participants were presented with a briefing on state programs and national action plans implemented in line with the country’s anti-corruption strategy, as well as measures taken by Azerbaijan in this area on international platforms.
In addition, practical examples were used to explain conflict of interests, corruption offences, acts facilitating corruption, and the ethical conduct expected of civil servants in accordance with the Law on Combating Corruption and the Law on the Ethical Conduct of Civil Servants.
