On December 15, 2025, a delegation of representatives from the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) visited Karabakh University and conducted an educational training session for students. The purpose of the visit was to enhance students’ awareness of the capital market and to provide practical knowledge about modern financial instruments and the operating principles of the stock market.
The training session, titled “The Organized Capital Market in Azerbaijan and the Role of the Baku Stock Exchange,” was delivered by specialists from the BSE’s Trading and Operations Department. During the session, students were provided with comprehensive information on the development prospects of the country’s capital market, the role of the exchange in the national economy, the trading system, issuer–investor relations, as well as market transparency standards.
Participants were also informed about career opportunities in the capital market, internship programs offered by the Baku Stock Exchange for young people, and its educational initiatives. Interactive discussions were held with students, and their questions were addressed.
The Baku Stock Exchange plans to continue organizing educational initiatives in the regions in the future, contributing to the enhancement of students’ financial literacy and supporting the development of potential human capital for the capital market.
