The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) has presented its new video dedicated to the “MyGov” platform to the public. The key message of the new video is: “With MyGov, my documents are always with me.”
The video showcases the advantages of digital documents against the backdrop of various everyday situations faced by citizens. It highlights that there is no longer a need to carry physical documents, keep paper files, or wait in long queues. Key government documents and services are now accessible with just a few clicks. Through the video, the capabilities offered by the “MyGov” platform are brought to the forefront, including prompt access to documents, secure storage, and fast delivery. Thanks to digital solutions, citizens avoid time loss, while processes are carried out in a more agile and convenient manner.
It should be noted that on February 11, President Ilham Aliyev, at a meeting dedicated to “Azerbaijan’s New Digital Architecture,” focused particular attention on the importance of consolidating public services within a single centralized platform. The President emphasized that although numerous platforms and applications have been developed by various agencies in recent years, these services should now be delivered in a coordinated manner and through a single centralized hub. According to him, government services should be delivered via “MyGov,” while existing platforms should be gradually integrated into a unified system. The primary goal is to ensure that citizens can access all necessary services from a single point, in a more convenient, prompt, and efficient manner.
