A meeting was held between Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov and Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov on the sidelines of the Baku Energy Forum.
During the meeting, the parties expressed satisfaction with the ongoing development of energy cooperation. The positive dynamics in the supply of oil and petrochemical products were assessed positively, and opportunities for expanding cooperation in the trade of these products were discussed. The implementation of the Ustyurt geological exploration project was also reviewed.
The parties exchanged views on the Central Asia-Azerbaijan Green Energy Corridor project and its future development prospects.
