BEOC organized the “Bahar Fest” event to celebrate the company's achievements throughout its development journey and to highlight its strategic goals for the future.
The event was attended by SOCAR Vice Presidents Babek Huseynov and Ziba Mustafayeva, Head of the Surakhani District Executive Authority Adil Aliyev, as well as other distinguished guests.
The event began with participants paying tribute to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev by laying flowers at his bust. This was followed by a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, after which the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
During the official part of the event, guests were presented with detailed information on the production results achieved since SOCAR acquired the shares of BEOC, initiatives to improve operational efficiency, the implementation of advanced technologies, employee welfare projects, the ongoing transformation process, and the company's key development priorities for the coming period.
Following the official session, the cultural and entertainment program of “Bahar Fest” commenced. Employees and guests enjoyed live music performances, team games, and a variety of recreational activities, while specially designated leisure areas provided opportunities for relaxation and friendly interaction.
As part of the event, employees who had demonstrated outstanding performance and made significant contributions to the company were recognized and awarded.
