On August 26, 2026, Baku Stock Exchange hosted a “Ring the Bell” ceremony to mark the launch of the bonds on the capital market of AZN-denominated bonds issued by “ZIRAAT BANK AZERBAIJAN” OJSC with a total issue volume of 15,000,000 AZN (fifteen million).
The opening remarks were delivered by Ruslan Khalilov, CEO of “Baku Stock Exchange” CJSC; Dr. Selchuk Demir, CEO of “ZIRAAT BANK AZERBAIJAN” OJSC; and Isi Mustafayev, CEO of “PASHA Capital Investment Company” CJSC.
During their remarks, the speakers highlighted the role of bond issuances in the development of capital markets, the automation of trading operations in the secondary bond market, and the importance of expanding financing opportunities for companies and financial institutions through capital markets.
It should be noted that each bond has a nominal value of AZN 100, an annual interest rate of 10.5%, with interest payments made every three calendar months (assuming 30 days per month), and a maturity period of 12 months. The bonds are interest-bearing, unsecured, title. “PASHA Capital Investment Company” CJSC acts as the underwriter for the placement.
At the conclusion of the event, representatives of “Baku Stock Exchange” CJSC, “ZIRAAT BANK AZERBAIJAN” OJSC and “PASHA Capital Investment Company” CJSC rang the Bell, symbolizing the launch of the bonds in the primary market.
