AERA representative participates in ERRA Meeting of Liaison Officers in Prague

The Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) hosted its Meeting of Liaison Officers in Prague, the Czech Republic. Khatira Sarkhanbayli-Guliyeva, Chief Specialist at the International Relations Division of the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA), represented the Agency at the event.

During the meeting, presentations were delivered and detailed discussions were held regarding the main challenges and new projects facing ERRA, as well as key elements of the organization’s 2026-2027 Workplan and Budget. Additionally, a poll and discussions took place among participants on exploring how ERRA can better serve its member base.

Roundtable sessions were also held with the participation of ERRA Liaison Officers for the purpose of exchanging experience and perspectives.

AERA has been an associate member of ERRA since 2018. This partnership facilitates the exchange of global expertise in energy regulation and the establishment of cooperation with regulatory bodies internationally.
