On November 27, 2025, a presentation event was held to celebrate the “MyGov” platform reaching 2 million users. The event highlighted the platform’s growth, the expansion of digital services, and the innovations planned for the next phase.

Farid Osmanov, Chairman of IDDA’s Board, delivered the opening speech: “In a short time, the “MyGov” platform has become the choice of 2 million citizens, reflecting both strong trust in and high demand for digital services. This milestone is the result of measures taken to enhance accessibility and transparency in public services. Moving forward, we will continue to provide innovative, convenient, and effective solutions that meet citizens’ expectations.”

Emil Rustamov, Head of IDDA’s Digital Products Development Department, delivered a detailed presentation on the platform’s achievements and future development prospects.

At the event, the platform’s 2 millionth user, Basti Aghamalizade, was specially awarded and congratulated. Attendees were encouraged to actively use the platform to maximize the benefits of digital services, streamline daily tasks, and save time and resources.

As of November 2025, the number of users on “MyGov” has exceeded 2 million.
