The Ministry of Energy and Clean Energy Capital LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Green Energy Company LLC, signed an Implementation Agreement on the evaluation, development and implementation of the offshore wind energy project.
Within the Implementation Agreement, it is planned to implement an offshore wind power project with a capacity of 200 MW at the initial stage and a total of 600 MW.
In accordance with the Implementation Agreement, Clean Energy Capital LLC will conduct research in a designated water area of the Caspian Sea.
