Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev will hold a citizens’ reception for residents of Shamakhi and Gobustan districts at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Gobustan at 09:30 on March 19, 2026.
The Minister will meet with residents from these regions to discuss their concerns regarding transport and telecommunications, including internet, television, radio broadcasting, and postal services.
Residents may register for the reception until March 18, 2026, via the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at office@mincom.gov.az , or by phone at 010 250 48 48 and 012 598 58 58 (extensions 222 and 290).
It should be noted that the reception will be held in accordance with the March schedule of citizens’ receptions to be held by the heads of central executive authorities and other administrative bodies in cities and districts.
