We present to you an interview with Camila Ferezin, Head coach of the Brazilian National Rhythmic Gymnastics team, who arrived at the National Gymnastics Arena for a training camp.
- How beneficial was the training camp at the National Gymnastics Arena for you?
- We have been holding our training camp at the National Gymnastics Arena for several days now, and during this time we are trying to make the most of the conditions created here. As you know, the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup will be held in Baku in the coming days, and preparation for this important competition is of special significance for us. That is why we decided to arrive a bit earlier from Brazil to speed up the adaptation process and continue our training in high-level conditions.
- How would you evaluate the conditions created at the National Gymnastics Arena?
- It should be noted that the National Gymnastics Arena is truly a magnificent sports complex. Ideal conditions have been created here for all types of gymnastics. The training halls, equipment, and overall level of organization are all very high. This allows athletes to feel comfortable and focus entirely on their training process. Our team members are extremely satisfied with the conditions, and every training session we have here positively affects their level of preparation.
- Did you like our city?
- The hospitality of Baku and the atmosphere of the city have left very pleasant impressions on our team. Such an environment further increases athletes’ motivation and inspires them for the upcoming competitions. I believe that as a result of this high-level preparation process, we will perform достойно (worthily) at the World Cup and successfully represent both our country and our team with the results we achieve.
